NIVEDHA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at client sites in Singapore. You will supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor quality, and maintain records to ensure hygiene standards are met.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with site representatives, managing attendance and deployment, and supporting improvement of cleaning processes while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
• Allocate cleaning duties and work schedules according to operational requirements.
• Monitor cleaning work to ensure required quality and hygiene standards are achieved.
• Inspect assigned areas and identify cleaning or maintenance issues.
• Train and guide cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and workplace safety.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor attendance, work performance, and staff deployment.
• Maintain cleaning records, checklists, inspection reports, and other operational documentation.
• Coordinate with clients or site representatives regarding cleaning requirements and service issues.
• Report operational problems, safety hazards, and service deficiencies to management.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and site procedures.
• Assist management with manpower planning, inventory control, and improvement of cleaning processes.
