Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a results-oriented Business Development professional to drive growth. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and build a robust client base across consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

You will prepare proposals and tender submissions, conduct market research, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel for meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and BD activities.
• Understanding of tendering processes and contracts is a plus.
