Job summary

TG Cleaning Solutions PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our off-site dishwashing and manpower services for F&B operators.

You will identify clients, tailor proposals, close deals, travel for site visits, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or account management in F&B/BD/B2B services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel around Singapore for meetings and site visits.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients (restaurants, food courts, cafes, caterers).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages tailored to clients' needs.
• Negotiate and close new business deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct site visits to understand client operations and recommend packages.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in F&B cleaning/manpower space.
• Represent the company at trade events, networking sessions, and client meetings.

TG Cleaning Solutions is Singapore's dedicated partner for professional F&B sanitation, providing off-site dishwashing and manpower solutions to restaurants, hawker stalls, food courts, and coffee shops island wide. Through our centralised dishwashing facilities and smart logistics network, we help F&B operators cut costs, solve manpower shortages, and keep their kitchens running smoothly.

We're growing — and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help bring our services to more F&B businesses across Singapore.

• Identify and approach potential clients (restaurants, food courts, coffee shops, caterers) to introduce our off‑site dishwashing and manpower services
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages tailored to client needs
• Negotiate and close new business deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Conduct site visits to understand client operations and recommend the right service package
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the F&B cleaning and manpower space
• Represent the company at trade events, networking sessions, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience (min 2 years) in business development, sales, or account management (F&B, facilities management, or B2B services industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals
• Good understanding of the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
• Able to travel around Singapore for client meetings and site visits
• Proficient in basic reporting and CRM/sales tracking tools
