Job summary

LOKAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Lead to manage large-scale cleaning operations in Singapore. You will supervise 200+ cleaning staff, coordinate daily tasks, and drive long-term project work while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

You will conduct routine quality checks, provide actionable feedback, and maintain a robust roster of reliable personnel to support contracting needs. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field (Management preferred).
• 2–3 years of operations experience within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough documentation.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive attitude.
