Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety standards.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations across sites.
• Lead cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Inspect quality and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and resolve concerns.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies/equipment.
• Handle staffing needs including hiring and onboarding.
• Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and productivity.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning or urgent client requests.
