Job summary

• Experience leading cleaning teams or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication with staff, management and clients.
• Good problem-solving and incident-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning protocols and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff to align tasks with site needs and strengths.
• Monitor staff attendance and address performance or conduct issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify hygiene standards, safety, and specifications.
• Identify and correct substandard work and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment; place orders and ensure safe storage.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, resolve complaints, and confirm satisfaction.
• Provide timely updates to management on progress, issues, and feedback.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations; ensure proper use of protective gear and chemical handling.
• Report accidents or hazards immediately to maintain a safe workplace.
