Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive technical training for technicians and engineers in Singapore.

The role involves classroom and hands-on instruction, leveraging industry experience to coach learners and ensure adherence to safety and training standards. Responsibilities include conducting sessions, following curricula, sharing practical knowledge, diagnosing issues, and supporting process improvements while maintaining high trainee satisfaction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working in cleanroom environments.
• Basic electrical or electronic troubleshooting skills, including the use of test equipment such as multimeters.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct training effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training sessions through classroom instruction and practical hands-on demonstrations.
• Deliver training in accordance with established training curricula and work instructions.
• Share industry knowledge and practical experience to enhance trainee learning outcomes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during training activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and delivery.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
• Assist with training planning, coordination, and administrative activities as required.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures while promoting a strong safety culture.
