Job summary

The Learning Lab is seeking a Planning and Resourcing Associate to join our planning and resourcing team in Singapore. You will oversee personnel management and class scheduling, liaising with multiple departments to maintain optimal systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimise class planning to meet market demand and manage class operations for efficient resource allocation (teacher scheduling, leave management).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable, hands-on in fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Experience in operations or resource planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimise class planning to meet market demand
• Oversee class operations to ensure efficiency in resource allocation (class management, classroom management, teacher scheduling, leave management)
• Manage processes and internal systems that maximise operational efficiency
• Ensure strong communication between the various stakeholders
• Handle a variety of administrative duties in a high-volume office.
• Assist and support with any assigned ad-hoc duties or projects
