Job summary

SISH Institute Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Academic Planning & Operations professional to oversee timetabling, lecturer deployment, LMS maintenance, and exam coordination.

You will support curriculum design and pedagogy, advance AI-enabled learning initiatives, and report to the Associate Dean, collaborating with faculty and stakeholders.

The role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work beyond standard hours to meet responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely issuance and distribution of timetables, lecturer deployments, and admin tasks pre and post term.
• Ensure lecturers complete their administrative processes pre and post modules.
• Maintain, update and administer the LMS, and content update for all modules.
• Coordinate examination processes—compile papers, obtain exam board approvals, and post results.
• Conduct academic audits and report module/exam outcomes.
• Develop and maintain policies aligned with SkillsFuture Singapore requirements.
• Assist faculty and external stakeholders in curriculum design and review.
• Support effective pedagogies, educational technologies, and AI-enabled learning.
• Contribute to academic strategy and cross-functional projects.
• Support SISH Student Council, lead student interventions, and assist events.
• Record and report all activities to management monthly.
• Other academic-related tasks assigned by the Associate Dean.
• Collaborate with other SISH members on tasks from the Associate Dean.
