Job summary

TLL Business Management Services is seeking a Planning and Resourcing Associate to oversee personnel management and class scheduling. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimise class planning and ensure efficient resource allocation across classrooms and staff schedules.

The role requires proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management across levels
• Proactive, adaptable and hands-on, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable with using various IT systems
• Experience in operations or resource planning is a plus
• Able to work at least 1 weekend

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimise class planning to meet market demand
• Oversee class operations to ensure efficiency in resource allocation (class management, classroom management, teacher scheduling, leave management)
• Manage processes and internal systems that maximise operational efficiency
• Ensure strong communication between the various stakeholders
• Handle a variety of administrative duties in a high-volume office.
• Assist and support with any assigned ad-hoc duties or projects
