Job summary

ST Engineering eServ is seeking a finance professional to manage grant disbursement for various funding schemes and ensure timely, accurate payments to beneficiaries.

Responsibilities include executing disbursement transactions per operating frameworks and driving governance improvements to strengthen processes and efficiency. Ideal candidates hold a degree/diploma with 5+ years’ relevant experience, plus strong Excel and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity to serve the stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team.
