Job summary

INTEGRATED HEALTH PLANS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Claims Processor to review and approve medical claims within the agreed turnaround times. You will handle inquiries from internal and external parties and provide timely updates on investigations and case closures.

The role requires strong English language skills, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Claims processing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess and approve medical claims accurately within the agreed targeted service turnaround time and respective client/insurer claims adjudication guidelines & practices
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
• Attend to claims investigation and provide findings/chronological updates
• Timely follow-up & follow-up on pending cases for proper closure
• Provide resolution for escalated cases
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Perform any ad-hoc task/assignment as required
