Job summary

Swee Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site operations and lead a team of workers toward project targets. You will handle technical and site issues, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate, 5 years of civil and structural experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills are essential for effective site coordination and safe work

Qualifications

• Min. diploma or certificate and relevant civil/structural training.
• Certifications in earthwork supervision, pavement maintenance or BCSS preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities on site.

• Daily site operations & to manage and supervise a team of workers.

• Min. 5 years practical working experience in civil & structural works.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Good communication skills.
