Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil works on construction sites. You will supervise workers, plan daily tasks, and coordinate field operations to meet project timelines.

You should have at least 5 years in civil EPC/ECPM projects, with 3 years in supervisory roles, and hold an ITE certificate or Diploma in Engineering. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• ITE certification or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years with 3 years in supervisory position for EPC, ECPM civil construction projects.
• Ability to interpret ISO / Civil drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in civil works on construction sites.
• Familiar with foundations, walls, drains, culverts, RC and road works.
• Oversees formwork preparation & installation, reinforcement, excavation, shoring, de-watering, piling, concrete works.
• Leads and coordinates a team at site and in daily toolbox meetings.
• Ensures works are done per project specs and completed on schedule.
• Plans tasks, schedules resources, and monitors progress; prepares daily reports.
• Initiates actions to prevent non-conformities; ensures safety and quality.
• Interprets ISO / Civil drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Civil works in construction operations.
• Familiar with different types of civil foundations, wall, drain, culverts, RC and road works.
• Have extensive knowledge in formwork preparation & installation, fabrication works, rebar cutting/bending and tying, excavation & shoring, de-watering, piling, compacting, lean concreting, concrete casting, laying of liner, spacer, wire mesh, pre-cast materials, backfilling, jointing & sealing, mortar and plastering works.
• Supervises and coordinates a team of workers in civil activities of various Civil projects.
• Possess strong leadership to lead working crew at site and in daily toolbox meetings.
• Ensure that all works are performed in accordance with the project specifications and completed on time as per schedule.
• Plan and schedule tasks, daily work instructions, manage resources & field coordination.
• Assist in the preparation of daily reports and monitor the progress of projects.
• To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity.
• Ability to interpret ISO / Civil drawings
• Ensure safety of working crew and work instructions are cascaded down to working crews.
• Ensure quality conformance of works and raise technical query.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and meets required productivity, quality and contract target completions date.

Requirements:

• Min ITE certification or Diploma in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical/Civil Engineering) or equivalent
• At least 5 years with 3 years in supervisory position for EPC, ECPM for civil Construction projects
• Possess ownership to protect company properties.
• Follow instructions of superior, have good work attitude and attendance.
