The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in C&S or civil infrastructure, with reading drawings and basic AutoCAD skills. Ability to work in a 5.5-day week and on-site in Ubi is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant C&S or civil infrastructure experience.
• Singapore project experience or familiarity with local authorities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer to support infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for civil and structural works on site.
• Coordinate C&S works with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications and method statements.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Coordinate civil infrastructure works involving utilities, drainage, roadworks, underground services and associated works, where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain relevant site documentation, inspection records and progress updates.
• Ensure works comply with applicable Singapore authority and safety requirements.
• Support testing, inspection, handover and project completion activities.
• Support weekend site activities when required by project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline .
• Minimum 3 years of relevant C&S or civil infrastructure experience .
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, roadworks, drainage, underground services or public infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Singapore project experience and familiarity with LTA, PUB or other relevant local authority requirements will be advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project/site team.
• Willing to support weekend work when required by project needs.
