Our client, an established A1 main contractor in Singapore, is expanding its Civil & Structural team to support design coordination and project delivery across building, industrial and infrastructure projects.

They seek professionals with at least 5 years' C&S experience, strong knowledge of RC/steel structures, and ability to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality requirements. East/South locations; 5.5 days per week.

Formación

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant C&S engineering or design experience.
• Experience in building, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of RC and steel structures, foundations and detailing.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes, standards and authority submissions.
• Strong technical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate C&S design works for building, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Review structural drawings, calculations, shop drawings and submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, M&E consultants, subcontractors and teams.
• Review RC, steel, precast, foundations, piling, substructures and superstructures.
• Support tender preparation, technical submissions and authority approvals.
• Provide engineering solutions and site support to meet design, quality and programme goals.

About the Company

Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore, with experience delivering building, industrial and infrastructure projects. Due to continued project demand, they are expanding their engineering team and seeking Civil & Structural professionals to support design coordination and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate C&S design works for building, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Review structural drawings, calculations, shop drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and Singapore standards.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, M&E consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review structural works involving RC, steel, precast, foundations, piling, substructures and superstructures.
• Support tender preparation, technical submissions and authority approval processes.
• Provide engineering solutions and site support to ensure construction works meet design, quality and programme requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant C&S engineering or design experience.
• Experience in building, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of RC and steel structures, foundations and structural detailing.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes, standards and authority submissions.
• Strong technical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with precast, long-span structures or industrial buildings will be an advantage.

• Salary: Up to S$8,500 + Variable Bonus, depending on experience and qualifications

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
