peoplesearch pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a C&S Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and coordinators, driving design outputs for large-scale mixed-development and data-center projects islandwide.

You will coordinate technical design work, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery within budget. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on submissions and approvals, monitor design progress, review drawings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university.
Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large-scale projects.
Experience liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities on design submissions and approvals.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of engineers/coordinators to ensure effective delivery of design outputs.
Manage and oversee design and planning activities to meet project objectives within budget and timeline.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design matters, including submissions and approvals.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across functions and project requirements.
Monitor design progress, manage schedules, and review technical drawings and deliverables.
