Job summary

peoplesearch pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a C&S Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and coordinators, driving design outputs for large-scale mixed-development and data-center projects islandwide.

You will coordinate technical design work, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery within budget. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on submissions and approvals, monitor design progress, review drawings, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large-scale projects.
• Experience liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities on design submissions and approvals.
