Job summary

Emerald Project Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to execute design work, prepare calculations and review drawings in line with client specifications and codes.

The role involves collaboration with the Qualified Person, tender specification duties, and detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures. The incumbent will participate in project planning, authority submissions, and coordination with clients and contractors, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board.
• At least 1 year of civil and structural design experience.
• Familiar with latest design codes and authority requirements.
• Proficient with ETABS, STAAD, PROKON and SAFE.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil and structural design including calculations and review drawings.
• Assist in producing tender specifications and design requirements.
• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructures.
• Collaborate with Qualified Person to develop design schemes.
• Attend project and technical meetings with authorities, developers and contractors.
• Involve in project planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Coordinate projects including submissions to local authorities and liaison during construction.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.
• Train and support junior engineers.
