Job summary

Kar Seng Construction is seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor to oversee civil engineering works in Singapore. You will supervise workers, monitor productivity, ensure daily targets are met according to project schedule, and coordinate all on-site activities with focus on workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities include preparing bar bending schedules, planning resources, coordinating site works, inspecting drawings, handing over, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of supervision experience in civil engineering works.
• Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS).
• Able to handle levelling instrument.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site productivity to meet daily targets per schedule.
• Prepare bar bending schedules; plan and schedule activities.
• Coordinate and supervise all site works to meet workmanship and safety standards.
• Plan manpower, machinery and material requirements ahead.
• Keep records of VO works and report to PM/QS.
• Attend site meetings; coordinate and resolve technical issues.
• Review clarifications and construction drawings.
• Arrange inspections, testing and handover.
• Report to Project Manager.
