ALLNAMICS (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Report Engineer (Assistant Civil Engineer) to support the engineering team by preparing progress and final reports, and related documents.

You will analyze site data, coordinate with site engineers and managers, and help ensure reports meet project specifications, safety requirements and deadlines. Training will be provided by the Senior Report Engineer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management software familiarity.
Office-based position; training provided by Senior Report Engineer.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and compile technical construction reports, daily progress reports and final reports.
Analyze site data, test results, drawings and photographs for report preparation.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and clients to obtain required information.
Ensure reports are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain records of site activities, inspection results, test data and project documents.
Monitor project progress and highlight technical issues or discrepancies.
Assist in preparing method statements, technical submissions and supporting documents.
Assist senior civil engineers with design, analysis and implementation of civil solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
Ensure all reports comply with specifications, quality, safety and regulations.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
