Job summary

Allnamics International seeks a Report Engineer (Assistant Civil Engineer) to support the engineering team by preparing progress, daily and final reports, and various technical documents. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Office based position; training provided by Senior Report Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and compile technical construction reports, daily progress and final reports.
• Analyze site data, test results, drawings and photographs for reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and clients to obtain information.
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain records of site activities, inspection results, test data and documents.
• Monitor project progress and highlight technical issues or delays.
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical submissions and supporting documents.
• Assist senior civil engineers with design, analysis and implementation of civil solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure reports and works comply with specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
