Job summary

ECONEST BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced civil engineer to plan, schedule and monitor projects to meet completion targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate activities across teams, track progress, and anticipate risks to keep milestones on track. You will prepare and submit key project documents, schedules, method statements and risk assessments; supervise site staff; check quality and quantity of subcontractor work; address technical issues

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• At least three years of work experience in building construction or private residential projects.
• Organized, meticulous with a positive work attitude; able to work independently and a team player.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor and update project activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare, plan and submit documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, and risk assessments.
• Monitor and supervise supervisor/foremen for compliance with quality procedures.
• Check quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Handle technical issues and coordinate with consultants.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and project staff to ensure smooth workflow and inspections.
