Job summary

FU XIANG INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural Project Supervisor to lead project activities, set schedules, and coordinate sub-contractors and workers on site.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore laws and SOPs while maintaining safety and quality, reviewing designs, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential to effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Civil/structural engineering experience is advantageous.
• Proactive and resourceful with strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
• Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers
• Ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations.
• Ensure SOPs comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Civil Engineering / Structural working experience in related fields is advantage.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
