Job summary

OPERCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project (Civil) Engineer to lead planning, design and execution of civil works, including roadworks and cycling infrastructure. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors across the full project lifecycle.

You should hold a civil engineering degree with at least four years of construction experience; strong communication, risk management and documentation are essential to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications recognized for professional practice.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Meticulous, independent and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, designing, integrating, scheduling and budgeting of construction projects and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Supervise and assess project components, prepare schedules, and communicate with clients.
• Lead project lifecycle management from initial planning to completion; coordinate site activities and progress.
• Apply technical guidance to solve complex problems and support design, implementation and testing.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
