Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer to oversee construction execution from site preparations to build-out. You will apply civil engineering knowledge across structural, architectural, and building services tasks, ensuring work aligns with plans, and you will prepare progress reports and manage documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability on site, with opportunities for growth for engineers with a degree in Civil

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Specialisation in Civil/Construction/Building Services or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction execution, from site preparations to build-out.
Possess knowledge and experience in building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, A&A, renovation, plumbing, etc.
Ensure construction, installation, and assembly align with plans and designs.
Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms regarding time, cost, and quality.
Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
Facilitate regular inspections for compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.
Promote safety and sustainability throughout the project.
