Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore, or equivalent
• Strong grasp of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets for road construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to define and achieve project objectives
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specs for feasibility and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes and safety guidelines
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders
• Maintain records of activities, expenditures, and resources
