The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of consultancy experience. You will engage clients, conduct field surveys, prepare design documents, and support regulatory submissions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry, preferably in consultancy firm.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Project management, planning and design works.
• Meeting clients and service providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys.
• Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination.
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets.
• Complete design documents and technical specifications.
• Work coordination with architectural, mechanical and electrical teams.
• Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and building submissions.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
