Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of site experience to review drawings, prepare tender documents, and manage progress claims. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and QS, supervising workers, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates can read technical drawings, understand specifications, and attend site meetings. On-site work and active participation in project delivery are required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in civil/construction site work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, tender documents, and scope of work.
• Prepare, measure, and submit competitive tender documents and quotations.
• Assist in tender applications and technical queries with clients and consultants.
• Measure completed works and submit progress claims on time.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and QS for VO approvals, certifications, and payments.
• Monitor daily progress, safety, and work quality.
• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and quantity verifications.
• Supervise workers/subcontractors, allocate manpower, and resolve routine issues.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain site logs, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Assist Project Manager to resolve site issues and ensure on-time delivery.
