MMM CONTRACT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to prepare quotations, review drawings, and manage tender submissions for diverse projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely progress and quality delivery. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, with experience in site works and tender-related activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or site works will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Experience in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and progress claims.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and attend site meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on drawings, diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review drawings, tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and assist with tender applications.
• Prepare and submit progress claims based on completed works, measurements, and supporting documents.
• Follow up with clients and consultants regarding tender submissions, claims, approvals, and payments.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quantity checks as required.
• Coordinate and supervise workers at the worksite and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
• Handle worker-related matters, including attendance, work allocation, site arrangements, and general site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
• Perform other civil engineering and project-related duties as assigned by management.
