• Develop and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes.
• Evaluate the suitability of construction techniques for project efficiency.
• Perform design calculations to support decisions during project execution.
• Oversee daily project operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical problems on site.
• Communicate with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors.
• Verify compliance with drawings, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors for seamless collaboration.
• Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan.
• Enforce safety regulations at the construction site.
• Manage processing and finalization of claims for project closure.

Job description

Develop and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes to ensure project milestones are met

Evaluate the suitability of construction techniques and method statements to optimize project efficiency and safety

Perform simple design calculations to support technical decision-making during project execution

Oversee daily project operations to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly

Supervise and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards

Identify and resolve technical problems encountered on site to minimize delays and cost overruns

Communicate effectively with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations

Verify that all construction activities comply with specific drawings, certifications, and quality requirements

Coordinate subcontractors across all projects to ensure seamless collaboration and task completion

Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle

Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping practices at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment

Manage the processing and finalization of claims to support project financial closure
