Job summary

NEWSOLUTION CONSTRUCTION & MATERIAL TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable lead to drive construction projects from planning to delivery on-site in Singapore. You will prepare and monitor programmes, evaluate techniques, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely closure of financials, with daily supervision of operations and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects and coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and resolve site issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Master and Short-term Construction Programmes to meet milestones.
• Evaluate construction techniques and method statements for safety and efficiency.
• Perform simple design calculations to support decision-making during project execution.
• Oversee daily project operations to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical problems to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Verify construction activities comply with drawings, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all projects for seamless collaboration.
• Implement and oversee the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping at site.

Lead the overall execution and successful completion of construction projects by preparing and monitoring construction programmes, appraising construction techniques, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
