Job summary

18 Steps Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Installation Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate installation works for security and communication systems on site. You will monitor subcontractor progress, attend coordination and technical meetings, and prepare site documentation.

The role requires a Polytechnic Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil Engineering or Construction with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong teamwork and excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and coordinate site installation works.

Plan, schedule, organize and co-ordinate site installation works of security and communication and related systems projects, which include; Planning and scheduling of site installation works; Monitor site installation progress of sub-contractors, prepare progress reports, Attend site and co-ordination meetings, and technical meetings, prepare site documentation Plan equipment installation schedules, and schedule system testing and interfacing works Reports to the Project Manager and assist in carrying out specific site related tasks.
