Minimum 3–5 years in civil construction and a degree in Civil Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or project engineering.
• Proficient knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Good understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project activities to achieve project milestones and quality standards
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress regularly to ensure work is completed according to schedule and budget
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and compliance with design and safety requirements
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company safety policies on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
• Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize resource utilization and maintain workflow
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and site construction problems promptly to minimize delays
• Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and engineering standards through continuous quality control

Education
