• Five+ years in frontline banking with client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of banking products: Credit & Lending, Global Trade Solutions, GPS, MSS.
• Analytical and credit assessment skills for complex, international facilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Maximize value from international client relationships and identify opportunities with other product groups.
• Formulate and implement relationship management strategy to deepen loyalty.
• Grow inbound revenue via new-to-bank acquisition and product penetration; engage key stakeholders.
• Identify business leads and contribute to business growth.
• Be an HSBC ambassador and develop the bank’s profile in the local and international community.
• Apply Global Standards to due diligence as First Line of Defense against financial crime.
• Work with credit officers to create quality credit proposals and secure approvals.
• Monitor credit risks and take timely actions to protect the bank.
