Job summary

Bethesda (Frankel Estate) Church Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee church facilities, maintain safety and compliance, and support event logistics and budgeting. You will coordinate space bookings, supervise maintenance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth church operations.

The role requires coordinating weekly services, weddings and community activities while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and maintenance.

• Strong budget and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance & Upkeep: supervise cleaning and minor repairs to keep a safe, clean space.
• Event & Logistics Support: ensure seating, staging and logistics for worship services and events.
• Vendor Management: source quotes, negotiate contracts and supervise on-site contractors.
