Job summary

CHANG JIANG F&B 11 PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced cook to manage daily kitchen operations and prepare high-quality Chinese cuisine while upholding food safety and cost controls.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen, ensuring timely food preparation and adherence to health regulations. Responsibilities include menu planning, cost control, and hazard identification, with duties that may be assigned by the outlet manager to support overall kitchen

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in preparing Chinese cuisine.
• Able to work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily kitchen operations for smooth workflow and timely food prep.
• Cook and prepare all Chinese dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Plan menus and control food costs to optimize profitability and reduce waste.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to comply with health regulations.
• Identify hazards and inspect equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by outlet manager to support operations.
