Responsibilities

Prepare and cook assigned dishes according to the menu.
Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
Process all food according to company and government regulations.
Able to fill in any area of kitchen at any time.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of utensils and equipment.
Remove trash and manage storage bins.
Ensure safe operation of all equipment and report faults.
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
