Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited invites an experienced Business Manager - Sales Strategy and Management Support to join our team in Singapore. You will report to the Team Lead and provide business management coverage across sales strategy, execution, project management and governance for the Front Office.

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, build data models with SQL, and collaborate with products, Finance, and Strategy to drive KPI tracking, performance analysis and change initiatives

Qualifications

Exposure to Private Banking is mandatory, with 10–15 years of relevant industry experience.
Proven experience working with Senior Management in a business-management capacity within Front Office.
Able to lead groups toward a common goal in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide business management coverage to the market on strategy, execution, and governance.
Develop, maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
Partner Front Office Heads on planning topics, KPI tracking, and budget simulations.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and act as a liaison with Finance, Products and Strategy.
