MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior roles lead to drive partnerships and international student recruitment in the China market. The role focuses on building strong agency networks, leading campaigns, and representing MDIS at events in Singapore and China.

Responsibilities include digital marketing collaboration, strategic partnerships, and data-driven performance reviews, with close coordination with admissions and regulatory compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in private education recruitment with China market experience.
• Proven ability to run recruitment campaigns and digital marketing.
• Established China market relationships and channels preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with student recruitment agencies, institutions and key accounts for international China recruitment.
• Lead student recruitment and marketing campaigns to boost engagement and enrolments.
• Represent the institute at recruitment events in Singapore and China.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan localized digital campaigns for China market.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities to expand MDIS’s China presence.
• Regularly evaluate recruitment/marketing effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Coordinate with admissions and other departments to streamline processes.
• Organize workshops and campus tours for agents, students and parents.
• Provide clear updates to students and parents on initiatives and changes.
• Stay updated on Edutrust/CPE and other compliance requirements.
