Job summary

Singapore Institute of Management Group is seeking a proactive student recruitment professional in Singapore to support local recruitment efforts, promote the SIM brand, and plan education pathways for prospective students.

You will handle inquiries, assist with applications and documentation, and coordinate events with internal teams and external partners to drive admission pipelines and brand awareness across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1-8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience planning and executing recruitment events and campaigns.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s higher education landscape is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support local student recruitment efforts to promote the SIM brand and plan strategies.
• Attend customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email or live chat and recommend suitable education pathways.
• Assist applicants with programme applications and document checks to speed admissions.
• Build product knowledge, comply with policies, and continuously improve customer service.
• Follow up on leads, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams and partners for events.
