Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager (China market) to drive growth by leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on China. You will recruit, coach and manage Account Executives, setting strategy and ensuring targets are met while directly engaging with key customers.

The role requires proven leadership in fast-growing tech sales, strong Mandarin and English communication skills, and the ability to build lasting executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with 3–5 years of people management.
• Experience leading enterprise technology sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin skills required to engage China customers.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, develop and lead a sales team focused on the China region.
• Develop long-term strategy and manage day-to-day operations against key metrics.
• Increase revenue and acquire new clients at high growth rates.
• Coach the team in consultative, solution-based selling across the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain executive relationships up to C-level.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Stripe products with customer needs.
