Provide technical guidance, training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operational personnel.
  • Establish engineering reporting systems, procedures and protocols for the Engineering Department, including preventive measures, fault reporting, maintenance, testing and quality-control procedures.

  • Support remote production and streaming workflows.
  • Provide technical support for onsite and remote productions during installation, rehearsals, testing and live events.

D. Project Management and Delivery
  • Take responsibility for the technical planning and successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • Prepare project technical scopes, implementation plans, schedules, equipment requirements and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, production teams, engineers, suppliers, logistics providers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure technical deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed project requirements, timelines and budgets.
  • Identify project risks, technical dependencies and potential delivery delays.
E. Client, Supplier and Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the Company's senior technical representative when dealing with clients, production partners and technology suppliers.
  • Participate in technical discussions, project planning meetings and system design reviews.
  • Ensure client technical requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the engineering team.
