Job summary

Phoenix Broadcast Solution Pte Ltd seeks a strategic Chief Technology Officer to steer our technology direction, engineering operations and project delivery. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with executive oversight of live broadcasts, remote production and IP-based workflows.

Reporting to the CEO/MD, you will mentor a small engineering team, manage external partners, and ensure the technical quality, reliability and timely delivery of projects across our broadcast technology

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Broadcast Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical projects and broadcast operations.
Strong understanding of traditional broadcast and modern IP-based production workflows.
Experience with live production systems, remote production, streaming and technical infrastructure.
Leadership and ability to supervise a small engineering team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Company's technical strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead engineering management and supervise the Engineering Manager and team.
Design, configure, integrate and troubleshoot broadcast production systems.
Support remote production and streaming workflows and live events.
Take responsibility for technical planning and successful delivery of projects.
Act as the senior technical representative with clients, suppliers and partners.
