About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on, client‑facing Lead Enterprise Architect / Technology Lead to spearhead technology strategy and architecture governance across major digital transformation programs in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) sector.

In this role, you will act as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor to client CTOs, Chief Architects, and delivery teams. You will bridge high‑level enterprise blueprints with low‑level engineering execution—governing end‑to‑end architectures across Telecom OSS/BSS landscapes, cloud‑native platforms, integration middleware, DevSecOps, and SRE disciplines.

What You Will Do

1. Architecture Strategy, Governance & Design

• Define target‑state enterprise architectures, application blueprints, and technical roadmaps tailored for large‑scale telco and media modernization programs.

• Drive hands‑on technical architecture reviews, author and inspect component sequence diagrams, define API/data exchange contracts, and oversee end‑to‑end system integration.

• Steer architecture governance frameworks, ensuring solution customizations remain scalable, modular, and aligned with client business outcomes.

• Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture review boards (ARBs) to de‑risk delivery before implementation.

2. Client Advisory & Technical Engagement

• Establish trusted‑advisor relationships across client CTO organizations, enterprise architecture offices, and lead engineers.

• Translate complex business problems into actionable, resilient technology designs and modernization roadmaps.

• Partner with business development and consulting teams to shape solution architecture, write technical proposals, and lead technical presentations for transformation bids.

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional, distributed global engineering and delivery squads.

3. Platform Engineering, Resilience & Governance

Lead in‑depth architectural dialogues and governance with client engineering leaders across:

• Platform & Application Engineering: Cloud‑native microservices design, container platforms, and modular integration patterns.

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): System availability, failover models, performance tuning, and operational observability.

• DevSecOps & Release Automation: CI/CD pipeline strategy, automated testing/release management, and zero‑downtime cutover patterns.

• Security & Compliance: Secure‑by‑design principles, identity/access management, API security, and enterprise data protection standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or hands‑on technology leadership.

• Deep Telecom / CMT Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of the telecommunications ecosystem, with deep familiarity in OSS/BSS environments (e.g., billing, rating, charging, product catalog, customer care, order orchestration, and provisioning).

• Hands‑on Architectural Rigor: Proven ability to produce and critique low‑level architecture deliverables, including system sequence diagrams, integration interfaces (REST/event‑driven/APIs), data schemas, and deployment topologies.

• Cloud‑Native & Modern Tech Stack: Solid grounding in microservices architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and API gateway integrations.

• Platform Operations: Solid understanding of SRE principles, DevSecOps practices, release governance, and security controls.

• Consulting Delivery Acumen: Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities; comfortable advising executive stakeholders while rolling up your sleeves with delivery engineers.

• Education & Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are strongly advantageous.
