Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a Vice President, Site Reliability Engineering to lead reliability across our platforms and services and build SRE into a discipline the wider engineering organisation works to. You will own the standards for observability, automation, incident response, and resilience, along with the accountability for whether they hold when it matters.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in reliability engineering and SRE practices.
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and incident-management processes.
• Ability to lead across product, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Strong cloud-native tooling and observability experience.
• Credible influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise SRE strategy across products.
• Establish SLO/SLI and error budgets with data-driven decisions.
• Oversee incident response, recovery readiness, and post-incident learning.
• Drive platform standardisation and toil reduction at scale.
• Lead and develop SRE managers and engineers.
