Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to supervise M&E project teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple complex projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate technical issue resolution with project consultants and QPs, oversee construction administration, and drive timely progress reporting while managing rosters and personnel welfare on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) experience, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Responsibilities

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by CAG, QP, and project consultants
• Plan and organize roster shifts aligned with contractor schedules while ensuring personnel welfare and adherence to relevant Acts and Regulations
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to identify and resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages, leading efforts to resolve interfacing and integration challenges

Education

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Accreditation as a Registered Resident Engineer with IES
• Licensed Electrical Worker and Licensed Plumber
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual/AOS requirements
