CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced senior project leader to oversee tunnelling and underground construction ventures.

You will drive planning, execution and delivery while guiding the project management team to meet timelines, budgets, safety standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, contractual and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in large-scale tunnelling projects.

Formación

• Proven track record in managing large-scale tunnelling or underground construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience in contracts and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, decisive decision-making and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Senior project leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the overall planning, execution and delivery of the various projects.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management team.
• Ensure project completion within stipulated timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with LTA, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Oversee contractual, technical, operational and resource management matters.
• Ensure compliance with LTA requirements and statutory regulations.
