Dyson seeks a Global Head of Product Safety & Risk Management to define and govern Dyson's global safety framework across all products and markets. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning engineering, quality, regulatory, legal, and supply chain to ensure safety and consumer trust worldwide.

Reporting to the Product Safety & Quality Director, you will set strategy, drive risk management practices, and embed safety culture while enabling innovation.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading Product Safety in consumer products or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of global product safety regulations and conformity assessment requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies (FMEA, hazard analysis).
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 governance frameworks.
• Proven track record managing product safety across complex global organisations.

Mansioni

• Define and govern Dyson's global Product Safety strategy and risk management across markets.
• Lead and develop a global team of Product Safety, Risk Management and Functional Safety professionals.
• Provide expert guidance on complex technical and safety decisions and governance reviews.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic product safety risks, opportunities and issues.
• Oversee market surveillance, incident assessment and escalation to ensure timely containment.
