Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Product Insights Engineer to lead PAS activities across major programmes and product categories. You will combine customer insight, analytics, experimentation and systems thinking to ensure products meet customer needs and outcomes.

As a technical leader within PAS, you will coach Product Insights Engineers, drive best practices, influence strategy and help shape new projects and roadmaps.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Insight, consumer insight, product development or related fields.
Led research studies, product investigations, user trials or validations.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Translating customer needs into product requirements and targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience mentoring or coaching others.
Experience in consumer product development environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead customer research, product studies and analytics investigations.
Define customer-critical attributes and performance targets.
Develop validation strategies focused on customer outcomes.
Identify unmet needs and growth opportunities for new initiatives.
Coach and mentor Product Insights Engineers.
Promote best practices across insight generation, analytics and validation.
